1. Card capture
Instead of requiring deposits, i will be using a card capture feature, this is when your creating an account & making an appointment you must enter your bank details before an appointment can be made- this feature is for in the event of a no show or a last minute cancellation and a charge may apply, so no prepaying is needed as its pay for your appointment on the day!

If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened depending on service booked or could be cancelled and the full fee may still apply
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a full charge of the appointment and may affect your ability to book in the future
5. Refunds
All services are non-refundable once rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a resolution
6. Health & Safety & age restriction
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to decline service if it’s deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
12 years + must be accompanied by an adult & i can only offer a gel polish as a service. All other services are 16 years + only !!
7. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time, especially in cases of inappropriate behaviour, disrespect, or safety concerns
9. Other nail salons work
I do not work on any another nail salon/ nail technicians work, therefore a removal must be booked before your new service with me
While I aim to be flexible, I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, therefore, any exceptions will be considered at my discretion
